Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the OfferLift website and our placement or mentorship services (the "Service") operated by OfferLift ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

2. Services Description

OfferLift provides a platform connecting candidates, employers, and industry mentors. Our services include:

• For Candidates: Paid career coaching, resume review, and interview preparation services. Participating in these services does not guarantee employment.
• For Employers: Candidate sourcing and placement services. Employers agree to a 15% contingency fee based on the candidate's first-year base salary upon successful hire, subject to a separate Master Services Agreement.
• For Mentors: A platform to provide paid mentorship services to candidates.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Candidates agree that all resume information, employment history, and skills represented are factual and accurate.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OfferLift and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of OfferLift.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OfferLift, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
